When the ghosted do the ghosting

I was talking to a few business owners about client ghosting and how to handle it. I shared some tips, including Blair Enns' magic email (see below).

A couple of days later, one of them messaged me and said:

"This has me thinking about how I treat would-be vendors and partners. I definitely need to sharpen up on 'courtesy comms'. It's too easy to think I'm too important or too busy to respond properly."

There’s a lot of truth in that.

Plenty of us complain about being ghosted, yet we do the same thing to people waiting for an important answer from us.

If that sounds familiar, you know what to do.
