In my previous company, Across the Pond, we ditched pitching in 2017 and continued to grow and expand across the world. And we took a different approach to pricing that had a huge impact on our numbers.
It is this type of experience that I want to share with others to empower leaders to make transformative changes in their firms. Based in Lincoln and London, I currently work with businesses in the UK and US.
