The joy of... knowing what you do.

You know that feeling when someone instantly gets what you do?
That spark of confidence that makes every conversation easier?

One of my clients described it perfectly recently:

“It felt great to be in a room and feel ready for any conversation. Being able to tell someone what we do, and having them instantly understand, was amazing. It gave me so much confidence when introducing myself.”

We’ve been working on their agency’s positioning, and hearing that made me smile, a lot.

A few months ago, those same situations were full of doubt. Introductions were inconsistent, messy, and a bit unconvincing.

When you can walk into a networking event, a new business meeting, or even just catch up with a friend over coffee and clearly say what you do – it’s such a powerful feeling.

And when you see them nodding along because they truly understand?
Even better.

It’s easy to underestimate how much that kind of clarity changes things.

When you can articulate what you do clearly, everything else gets easier:

😎 Selling like an expert
😎 Better closing ratios
😎 Winning business at a higher price

Quick question:

Can you clearly explain what your business does in 15 seconds?

(I like to practice my intro out in the garden with my chickens.) 🐔
